My skiing guests just left and lo and behold, gifts started pouring into my mailbox. Surprisingly, they all seem to be about mushrooms.
From the UK, a book by Peter Jordan and Steven Wheeler (updated 2011 so it is rather new) entitled "The Complete Book of Mushrooms". Half the book is filled with recipes. Definitely a book I will dive into immediately.
My witty guest wrote:

too, given by a fun gal friend who's been wanting to take us on an
expedition to forage but hasn't succeeded yet cos theres not mushroom in our
schedules for coordinating weather, times all free etc, so its to tide us over
till shitakes us to the woods to boost our morels".
