If you picked it in lowland Norway, you have to saute it for at least 15-20 minutes before eating it.
If you picked it in the Norwegian mountains, you definitely have to make sure that you have sauteed it long and well before eating it. This can be a problem if you are camping, everyone is cold and you are making dinner with sub-standard camping equipment in the outdoors.
