More chicken than sulphur

In a State Park in the US - where it is illegal to forage-

We found Laetiporus sulphureus or Chicken of the Woods. 

Edible when young and fresh.

Tastes more like chicken than sulphur.

However, not normally eaten in Norway

Bracket fungi at Bogstad Manor

 Bogstad Manor, outside Oslo (Norway) has lovely grounds which are open to the public.

Sheep graze quietly, completely unaware of the huge bracket fungi nesting in the trees.
